Ben Rosichan fights for people who have been seriously injured or killed because of negligence and corporate malfeasance.  As an Atlanta personal injury lawyer, he focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases of all types, including:

Prior to joining Piasta Walker Hagenbush, LLC in 2022, Ben worked for a nationally recognized trial firm and was involved in some of the highest profile mass tort and class action cases in the country, including talcum powder litigation and the Equifax data breach.  He has played an active role in complex trials, appeals, and litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.  He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Ben graduated summa cum laude Georgia State University College of Law in 2017, and was a member of the Order of the Coif.  During school, he did a year-long judicial externship with the Honorable Amy Totenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and a year-long internship with the Honorable Judge John J. Goger in the Superior Court of Fulton County.  He was on Georgia State University College of Law’s Law Review, and served on the Editorial Board as a Legislative Editor during the 2016-2017 academic year.  He graduated from the University of San Francisco cum laude in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in politics and minoring in economics and military science.  Ben was on USF’s rugby team and was the ROTC’s Distinguished Military Graduate in 2006.

Prior to law school, Ben was an infantry officer in the United States Army from 2006 through 2013.  He commanded two companies at Fort Benning, Georgia, deployed to Afghanistan in 2010, and was a platoon leader at Fort Irwin, California.  During his service, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for planning and executing over 100 combat patrols in Afghanistan, the Meritorious Service Medal, four Army Commendation Medals, an Army Achievement Medal, numerous campaign and service medals, and the Order of Saint Maurice.  He continued to serve in the Georgia National Guard through law school.

Ben and his wife Lia reside in Roswell with their two sons, Matt and Luca.
