Haley Kairab is an Atlanta personal injury attorney dedicated to helping those who have been harmed by the negligent acts of others. Haley graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and English from the University of Florida.
In law school, Haley was heavily involved in both Moot Court and Mock Trial, serving as the co-executive chair of the Mock Trial Program. During that time, Haley has established herself as one of the top up-and-coming advocates in the country. The following are some of Haley’s most notable successes:
- National Champion of the Top Gun Mock Trial Competition, a competition reserved for the top advocates from the 16 best trial advocacy schools in the country
- National Champion of the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge
- National Champion of the National Online Moot Court Competition
- Semifinalist of the National Moot Court Competition
- Quarterfinalist of the National Trial Competition
Based on her commitment to advocacy, she was invited to become a pupil of the prestigious Clarke-Carley Inn of Court and was selected as a member of the National Order a Barristers, a distinction reserved for the top ten advocates at the University of Georgia.
Additionally, Haley gained invaluable experience with issues of complex civil procedure and litigation as a legal intern for Justice Charles Bethel of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Haley also served for the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) Clinic representing survivors of child sexual abuse and human trafficking; worked in both the Special Victims Unit and the Misdemeanor Division at the State Attorney’s Office for the 4th Judicial Circuit; and was a legal extern at the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office for the Sexual Exploitation and Crimes Against Children (SECAC) Unit.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, podcasts, and exploring Atlanta’s food scene.
